We made the decision to start the trek back to New York, rather than try to get from Iowa to southern Oklahoma. We made our way to Kansas City, saw a Royals game, and finally got a good night's rest. The Royals played the St. Lous Cardinals (it was the 'I-70 series') and lost 7-3 Kaufmann Stadium The Royals logo behind home plate Another shot of Kaufamnn Stadium We made a stop in St. Louis to see the Arch and had another steak dinner at a great restaurant near the Arch. The Arch I still don't know why the fountain is pink... "The best strip joint in St. Louis"  And so the trip ended with us back in Oswego |
